Our challenge with El Caballo Resort was not only to restore the culture of the Spanish Dancing Stallions but also to provide something exciting and unseen at the resort in years gone by – an attraction metropolis that would give tourists and families many reasons to visit El Caballo Resort.

Wine, Cheese, Olives

Come and sample the finest produce Western Australia has to offer in wines, cheeses and olives. Twelve award winning wineries from the Margaret River, Great Southern and Swan Valley regions have their premium wines on display for all to sample. The olives and cheeses complementing the wines are from local producers who have made National and, in some cases International, names for themselves with their quality produce. You'll be happy to know we carry ample stock, so when you find something irresistible, you can purchase your own to take home.
