El Caballo Resort was established in 1974 by Ray Williams who had previously travelled the world looking for the perfect horse. When he saw the famous Alvaro Domecq troupe at the Andalusian School of Equestrian Arts in London, his passion and love for the Spanish Horse was born. He then traveled to the Andalusian's home in Jerez, Spain where he acquired his pride and joy – “Bodeguero”.

Today El Caballo Resort is more than an arena for showing these magnificent horses. Boasting 4 function rooms, a restaurant and bar, 40 accommodation suites and all the facilities you would expect within a high class resort. El Caballo Resort is the perfect setting for weddings, corporate events and social functions. The a la carte restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and regular performances by the Spanish Dancing Stallions, equestrian events, rodeos and performing artists grace our spectacular 2000 seat arena.
